If you sell courses rather than build them in-house, handing over a zip hands over the asset. SCORMBridge is the standard answer to that: the client installs a few-kilobyte proxy package in their own LMS, and at launch it streams the real course from the platform and relays tracking back.

The consequences are the ones publishers care about. Updates ship without anyone re-importing anything. Licences carry seat counts, expiry dates and domain locks, so a twelve-month agreement actually ends after twelve months. And you can see how much the course is being used, which is normally invisible once content is inside someone else's system.

Plans run from a free tier — a couple of courses and organisations, enough to trial the mechanism — through £49, £149 and £449 per month, to custom arrangements. The tiers are mostly about volume of courses, client organisations and learners rather than feature gates.

The comparison worth making against Rustici's Content Controller and similar dispatch platforms is narrow: whether the proxy survives LMSs that restrict cross-origin access to the API object, how tracking reconciles after a dropped connection, and whether white-labelling extends to the domain the content is served from.
