A Unity editor package that turns a WebGL build into a SCORM 2004 course. You drop a `ScormManager` prefab into the first scene, call into it from C# to read learner data and write completion, score, objectives and interactions, then use the export menu, which writes an `imsmanifest.xml`, bundles the 2004 schemas and zips the build into a package interchange file.

It is the only maintained option for this job, which is the main reason to know about it. Serious games and simulations are where SCORM reporting is most often abandoned entirely — the build ships, the LMS records a launch and nothing else — and the kit closes that gap with a documented C# API rather than hand-rolled JavaScript interop.

The constraints are real. It is 2004 4th Edition only, so an LMS restricted to SCORM 1.2 is out. The repository contains a full Unity project with its `Library/` folder committed, which makes it large and awkward to consume as a dependency; in practice you import the `.unitypackage`.

On maintenance, read the dates carefully before the status chip. Between 2021 and 2026 the project sat still; the 2026 activity is one burst of merged community pull requests updating the WebGL template for Unity 6 and replacing the removed `Pointer_stringify` with `UTF8ToString`. That is exactly the maintenance the project needed, but it is responsive rather than continuous — expect to wait for the next engine break.
